Data We Collect and Why

Account creation and authentication: We process name, email or phone number, password hash, timezone, country to Create, secure, and recover your FitBlues account.

Fitness, nutrition, and wellness tracking: We process height, weight, date of birth, gender, steps, workouts, meals, measurements, body photos you upload to Show progress, targets, analytics, workout logs, diet logs, and measurement history.

AI features: We process food photos, meal descriptions, workout videos, coach messages, fitness profile context to Generate food analysis, workout feedback, AI coach replies, diet plans, and workout plans.

Trainer marketplace and payments: We process trainer profile, certifications, documents, gallery, bank or payout details, payment records to Provide trainer discovery, subscriptions, payouts, receipts, and fraud prevention.

Support, safety, and service reliability: We process support messages, device/session metadata, diagnostic logs to Respond to requests, investigate abuse, fix bugs, and secure the service.

Project Transform 90 coaching: We process consultation details, program notes, coach messages, voice recordings, images, videos, assigned plans to Deliver consultation calls, personalized coaching, secure coach chat, progress reviews, and program administration.

AI Processing

Food photos, uploaded workout videos, meal descriptions, coach messages, measurements, and fitness context may be processed by FitBlues AI systems or approved service providers to generate analysis, coaching, plans, or feedback.

Workout videos used only in the current on-device analysis flow remain on your device and are not uploaded or stored by FitBlues unless you separately choose an upload or contribution feature. Failed analysis and timeout events should not consume paid or daily scan limits unless a successful result is created.

Your DPDP Rights

• access personal data and processing information
• correct or update personal data
• request erasure when the specified purpose is no longer served
• withdraw consent as easily as it was given
• raise grievances with FitBlues and then the Data Protection Board of India
• nominate another individual where supported by law

Consent Withdrawal, Retention, and Deletion

We retain personal data only while needed for the service, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Project Transform 90 coaching messages and media are normally retained during the program and for 12 months after completion, then deleted from primary systems and aged out of encrypted backups. Account deletion removes active account data and associated fitness records from primary systems, subject to legal holds and mandatory financial-record retention.

You can withdraw consent or request erasure from Settings, Support Channels, or by emailing the grievance contact.

Account deletion is irreversible and may not remove records FitBlues must retain for legal, security, payment, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Sharing, Security, and Children

We do not sell personal data to advertising networks. We may share data with service providers for hosting, analytics, AI processing, messaging, payments, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Communications use TLS and sensitive tokens are stored using secure storage where available. Project Transform 90 message content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and coaching media is stored privately with expiring access links. Authorized FitBlues personnel may access coaching conversations only to deliver the service, handle safety or support issues, comply with law, or fulfill privacy requests. FitBlues is not intended for children under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
